Harmony Solutions is currently partnered with a Franklin, TN based Wealth Management firm seeking to add a new Financial Advisor to their team. This will be the second advisor joining an established practice with a strong client base, an operations/support team, and a competitve base+commissions compensation plan. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 4+ years of financial planning experience
- A prospecting mindset
- Ability to cultivate relationships with clients that view you as their primary advisor
- CFP certification or working towards it
