Our client, located in
Nashville, TN is looking to add a
Temporary Dayforce HRIS Analyst to their team.
The Dayforce HRIS Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact and SME ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity and testing of system changes.

Duties:- Take the lead on daily system maintenance and support in RGS HR Information Systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues by determining root cause, researching solutions, and implementing solutions.
- Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs
- Coordinate and facilitate testing of new releases and upgrades
- Support the implementation of the ongoing strategic direction for HRIS in the areas of reporting, metrics, and decision-supporting analytics.
- Manage data imports, exports and interfaces with other systems.
- Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity.
- Create and update relevant user and administration documentation
- Develop and deliver training to end users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Required:
- Bachelor Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with Dayforce HR System, Equifax and Hirebridge is required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Solid understanding of HR administration and project management.
