We're starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. Our platform contains every tool needed for outbound sales - B2B data, AI email sequences, deliverability optimization tools and so much more.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage significant portions of our product
- Implement complete features, including frontend, backend, architecture, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
- Rapidly develop and deploy high-quality experiments to enhance user engagement
- Participate in all stages of product development, from ideation to launch
- Shape the ethos, principles, and methodologies of an expanding engineering department
- Guide and support junior engineers in their professional growth
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams to conceptualize, design, and release new product functionalities and user experiences
- Work with our stack of Python, React, Postgres, Celery, Redis, Docker
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven history of delivering top-tier products and features for large-scale use
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-moving work environment
- Capability to transform business concepts and product ideas into technical solutions
- Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for both independent and collaborative work
