What we are looking for:
Program Coordinator - key contributor to the Agency and critical in supporting our portfolio of performance marketing clients.
The Program Coordinator, or PC, is responsible for:
- Organizing and uploading creative
- Posting monthly offer updates, requests and promotional suggestions via the ticketing system
- Conducting GAP analysis for clients
- Pulling and reporting on SERPs
- Helping sales with new prospecting and competitive analysis
- Updating existing client competitive analysis
- Updating and maintaining program terms in the networks for all clients (this includes changing commissions when needed and evaluating partners at the right terms)
- Network audits for new and existing clients
- Test transactions to ensure clean tracking (this includes evaluating links, appends and any tracking requirements)
- Pulling adhoc reports for clients and to support QBRs and Strategy Decks
- Developing and deploying HTML newsletters
- Affiliate recruitment support
- Setting up clients on the PCB dashboard and ticketing system
- Occasionally join client calls to support the team
Through these responsibilities, the PC provides support to all of our service tiers and ensures the general maintenance of every account.
The ideal candidate with have:
- 1-2 years affiliate management experience, agency preferred
- Experience across affiliate network platforms
- Proficient in Google docs as well as MS Office
- Understanding of tracking links, analytics and appends
- A positive team driven attitude
- Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once
- A willingness to learn and support the teams, clients, and partners
