House Manager / Personal Assistant for Young Family. (Park Slope)
Family with professional working parents and two young children seek House Manager / Personal Assistant to keep their home and lives organized and functioning smoothly.
Requirements include:
- BA/BS from competitive US college
- 4 years House Manager / Personal Assistant experience
- Demonstrated capacity to manage staff
- Familiarity with task management software (Trello, Airtable)
- Some childcare experience
- High degree of consistency, punctuality, and dedication to work role
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of household
- Hire and manage household staff
- Maintain household inventories
- Household expense management
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Family (including children’s) calendar
- Coordinating all travel
- Party and event planning assistance
- Misc projects

$130K-$160K/year, health insurance
