Role: Payroll Support
Term: 2 Contractors needed 1 will start mid-October and 1 for November- TBD, could be longer.
Location: Issaquah WA (3 days in office)

- End date: January 31, 2025 - tbd, could be longer.
- Location (in office or remote?): Hybrid. Office is in Issaquah, WA. We could offer 3 days onsite, and up to 2 days remote, after approx. 2–4-week review if the candidate has proven themselves, is interested, and meets a few other requirements.
- Hours (daily start and end times): Monday-Friday, ~6 am-2:30 pm or as late as 8:30 am-5:00 pm
- Duties contractor will be assigned: Query, review, audit, and change employee-level master data. Data management and interpretation V-look up, pivot, navigate (excel ) ex: Hourly employees/handbook employees get raises every hr. they work and this person will be doing this audit to make sure they get the raise they deserve-this is also dependent on their performance

- Skills we need: conceptual learning, learning/adaptability/flexibility, effective communication, analytical, proficiency in learning new software and tasks, & time management
- Preferred experience: Payroll, payroll knowledge or terminology,familiarity with spreadsheet navigation & managing data.
- Preferred Excel competency: intermediate
- Preferred personality traits: respectful, curiosity, eager to learn, team player.
- Degree required? Not required, Payroll experience is preferred or a degree in Accounting or Business.
