A Vault Top 50 law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with capital markets experience to join its well-regarded Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice in San Francisco. The firm’s 125+ lawyers collaborate across offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, working on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
The practice is recognized for executing high-profile, complex financial transactions for clients across major industries and regions worldwide. They specialize in raising permanent capital and representing private equity firms and portfolio companies on IPO exits and debt financings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in public offerings, private placements, and other securities transactions.
- Handle compliance and reporting under the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.
- Collaborate on cross-border and domestic transactions.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of capital markets experience.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with permanent capital and M&A transactions preferred.
- Large law firm experience is required.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
