Position: Application Support Engineer
Our client is seeking talented Application Support Engineers who are interested in a challenging and diverse role within a dynamic team of enthusiastic professionals with strong technical and customer service skills. This role requires US Citizenship or a Green Card. No third parties please.
Position Summary:
The role involves managing all technical aspects related to support and configuration within the electronic trading software environment. A background in financial trading is strongly desired.
Responsibilities:
Delivering, customizing, and supporting cutting-edge software products for the financial trading industry.
Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, and market-data-feed vendors to resolve production issues and manage non-production projects efficiently.
Certifying, configuring, and troubleshooting electronic trading connectivity.
Developing relationships and rapport with clients.
