General Contractor seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead Water and Wastewater Treatment projects. You’ll run the day-to-day on-site operations, keeping things on track, on budget, and up to safety standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee all construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and project managers
- Maintain quality control, especially for food and cold storage builds
- Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Solve problems as they come up and keep things moving
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years in a Project Manager role, with experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and budgets
PAY: $100,000-$150,000+
