Our client is looking for a IT Administrative Coordinator. This role is a remote, contract role.
Successful candidate should enjoy:
- Scheduling calls and meetings, answering phones, greeting visitors, and preparing conference rooms for optimal meeting flow.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Supporting HR & IT Hiring Managers with the recruiting dashboard, updating applicant statuses, and scheduling interviews.
- Tackling special projects assigned by leadership and direct reports, ensuring timely completion.
Your previous experience includes:
- 2+ years of administrative experience required.
- Demonstrates IT and software knowledge.
- Working experience as a QA.
- Strong proficiency with JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $20 p/h
