Financial Analyst, Retail
W2 Contract
Salary Range: $68,600 - $79,000 per year
Location: Cupertino, CA - Hybrid Role
Job Summary:
As a member of Store Operations Finance, you will work with our field leaders and corporate partners to ensure our retail stores have the payroll resources to enrich the lives of our customers and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis, insight, and recommendations on existing store requisition processes, including reporting, req approval, and new store staffing.
- Perform data processing and approval of positions and requisitions within our stores based on store-level demand.
- Partner with the Retail field leadership to implement payroll strategies that support financial and operational goals.
- Create and implement process improvement projects to help scale and grow our retail presence.
- Own and manage field-facing payroll policies and procedures.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of retail finance and field leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- BS/BA in a related field; 1+ year(s) of professional experience
- Be a broad-based business professional with solid acumen across multiple disciplines
- Have an eye for continuous improvement opportunities
- Think both analytically and creatively
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Can effectively communicate financial themes to non-financial business partners
