Job Title: Desktop Support

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems.
Assist with network connectivity problems and user account management.
Document and track support requests in ticketing system.
Qualifications:
Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) preferred.
