- Contract Duration: 6 Months
- Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid - 1 day per week - Wednesdays)
- Compensation: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Packaging Production Designer:
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement brand relevant solutions to new problems while maintaining the integrity of the existing brand across multiple packaging formats and categories
- Create presentation decks, mock-ups and other materials to support approval moments
- Present concepts and creative work in an organized and effective manner to packaging partners
- Work closely with global teams to execute production files
- Interpret feedback and design critique to make timely updates to work in progress
- Responsible for asset management; maintain and update all standards, toolkits, and support documentation
- Proof all vendor-produced artwork to ensure integrity and consistency to the brand standards
- Organize and plan details for multiple projects to meet project deadlines
- Integrates and balances competing priorities
- Knowledgeable of the print process, packaging substrates and die-lines, from concept through execution
- Provide expertise in key software applications and execution techniques
What you’ll bring to the Packaging Production Designer role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Fundamental design skills with the ability to receive and interpret design direction with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under high pressure/stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MAC applications and Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Comfort with online collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Miro, Slack, Conceptboard
