POSTION OVERVIEW
This role supports the IT Service Management (ITSM) team’s Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) initiative to provide the enterprise an enhanced asset management experience.
Responsibilities include:
Defines design patterns for enterprise ITSM Asset Management tool (ServiceNow).
Develops and monitors asset management functions in ServiceNow for hardware and software.
Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards
Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
ServiceNow IT Asset Management development experience
Hardware asset management (HAM)/Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro module configuration and development experience
Very familiar with Flow Designer, building catalog forms, CSDM experience, service level management, ITOM and Discovery
