Jensen Partners is seeking a motivated professional to begin immediately. This is a paid internship, and an opportunity to work directly with the Director of Research. There will be daily interaction with the aforementioned, as well as with the Data Science team and Senior Executive Recruitment team.
Purpose of the Role: The Data Researcher is expected to collect and store data on alternative investment market research, key movers and shakers in industry, human capital and high-level fund intelligence. They are also expected to bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, and subsequently process, design and assist in visualization of that data to key stakeholders in client presentations.
The Data Researcher is expected to assist in building out the alternative investment universe through data entry, analysis and assisting with visualization. He/she must have an ability to leverage business knowledge to develop and analyze policies, procedures, and programs of asset managers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Work alongside Director of Research to build organogram mapping of alternative investment funds and ensure the highest data integrity possible; regularly updating organogram mapping to keep up to date.
· Assist with data collection, entry and organization of human capital data for opinion, monthly and quarterly newsletters.
· Assist with entering and visualizing candidates for recruitment process.
· Maximize efficiencies within our data gathering process, storing and visualizing process.
