My client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join a dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies for their Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative and user-centric products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Having hardware experience is especially useful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and market needs.
- Define product requirements, create detailed product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product development aligns with user needs and pain points.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the product.
- Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least some experience in managing team members.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Hard-as-a-Service experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Basic salary between $145,000 - $165,000 + 10%-15% bonus + benefits.
This role is in-office at least 4 days per week in Plano, TX.
Unfortunately, relocation is not an option, this person must be based in, or near, the Dallas Fort Worth area.
