he Administrative Assistants will provide support to the management team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively schedule meetings, external calls, internal team calls/meetings
- Manage outlook calendars and contacts for designated team membersA
- Create and manage POs and e-signatures through Adobe Sign
- Book domestic and international travel
- Arrange catering orders for external lunches and other meetings
- Book conference rooms and set up VC’s for team
- Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
- Register team for conferences, book hotels, etc.
- Send FedEx, mail, fax, copying, answering phone calls and other general administrative tasks and activities
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- Provide occasional back-up support to the CIO’s Executive Assistant – this includes scheduling, calendar management, booking travel, reserving conference rooms, OOO coverage etc.

- Minimum of 2 to 4 years supporting senior level executives or a team of professionals p
