The focus will be on your technical skills. You’ll be coming in to build, refine and optimize the C# environment and make it as efficient as possible. Your work will have a direct impact on the firms automation and critical services that affects all business units and stakeholders, so not only will you get the chance to work on interesting projects, but your work will be visible.
All the services will have a huge amount of data running through them on a daily basis, so you’ll often need to come up with creative ways of understanding the problem and creating an efficient and scalable solution. You’ll always be looking at ways to improve what you and others have done.
In terms of your experience, you’ll need to have worked in a C# environment for at least 6 years. You’ll need a rounded level of experience with various technologies, like SQL, AWS and some DevOps tools like CI/CD.
The firm are looking to increase headcount with multiple hires over the next 12-24 months, so it is great time to get your foot in the door.
Starting salary will be in the range of $130,000-145,000 + bonus. You’ll be joining a collaborative, friendly and hybrid environment where you’ll need to work 2 days per week in the office,. Other benefits include comprehensive healthcare and 401k contributions.
