StevenDouglas is partnered with an international manufacturer to identify a Finance Manager for their rapidly growing US Business Unit. This role will work closely with the GM as the top finance professional in the US. The position will work as a business partner with leadership and oversee a team of 2. The role is hybrid in the western suburbs!
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly & quarterly budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Support full-cycle accounting functions including AP, AR, Inventory, reconciliations, and other functions
- Lead close processes
- Prepare all financial documents for management team, board of directors and HQ
- Assist outside firms in audit, compliance and tax
- Identify improvement opportunities while making recommendations and implementing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/finance and 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing
- Strong ERP experience with a preference for SAP S4HANA
