Family Based Services provide individual, family and parent therapy to at-risk youth utilizing a eco- systemic structural family therapy model. (ESFT).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Administrative and Clinical supervisor of Family Based program and treatment teams; meets with each team weekly for clinical supervision.
Oversee all treatment plans and other direct and indirect clinical services.
Liaison with managed care and county entities.
Attends all required clinical/supervisory trainings.
Oversee FFS dollars.
Reviews all team billing and other required documentation prior to submission.
Is on-call to provide clinical/administrative back up to clinical teams.
