Workday HCM/Payroll Solutions Architect Associate Director for a full time role.
Must have consulting experience

Location: Must be within 90 miles Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA to be considered
- The Associate Director will be part of delivery helping with demos/functional workshops, lead architecture and design, develop roadmaps, advise customers on overall enterprise architecture, and have a business development expectation.
- Candidate should have been a Workday solution architect and workstream lead for HCM and Payroll.
- Candidate should have experience designing and implementing Workday HCM and Payroll, including core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Benefits Administration, Payroll and integrations with other systems.
- Business development is nice to have but not mandatory
- Not targeting someone overly technical. Should have experience with configuration but does not need to be programming. If candidate has integration development, report development, etc in profile most likely more technical than needed for this position
- They should have supervisory/management experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers.
- Travel: Limited travel – up to 30%.
- Key Requirements
- 9 + years of Workday HCM/Payroll experience
- Workday certified HCM and/or Payroll certification required/strongly preferred.
