Akkodis is seeking a Python Developer for a 6 month contract with client in San Jose CA
Pay/Salary Range: $60-$63/HR on W2.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing scalable applications and will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
