Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, filing, copying, and ordering office supplies.
- Data Management: Update material costs, file documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Accounting Assistance: Support the accounting team with weekly payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks.
- Contract Management: Assist in preparing and managing contracts and quotes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Office Administrator.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in the building or real estate industry is a plus.
