BA role open right now - he can only hire in Chicago, he does have a good lead at that location so they will work hand in hand. Candidate must interact with both business stakeholders, PM's and tech teams so written and verbal communication is essential. Candidate will be working on a program called "Quartz Financial Stack."
Knowledge of Python/Quartz are not essential for this role.
Instead, they are looking for strong Capital Markets and Global Markets knowledge, also regulatory experience - team works on FRTB (Fundamental Review of the Trading Book) regulation.
Candidate should have 5-10 years of experience. If candidate has interest or experience with Rates and Swaps that would be a huge plus! Team uses Jira for all documentation.

Quartz Delivery Lead Quartz is revolutionizing the way Global Markets does business at client. Quartz is the strategic platform for pricing trades, managing positions, and computing risk exposure. Thousands of developers are using the highly agile platform to deliver applications to thousands of end users. As a part of the Quartz PM team, you will engage with the technology teams, regulatory, and business stakeholders to drive large scale development projects.
You will:
- Prepare monthly reporting suites
- Track and communicate project statuses across LOBs and other Quartz stakeholders
- Solve complex dependencies and negotiate compromises
You should have:
- Ability to develop customer focused relationships quickly within Quartz and LOBs
- Analytical capabilities to know business and IT processes to analyze data and summarize into action items
- A strong track record of managing expectations at the senior leadership level
- Desire to own and the drive to accomplish positive technical and organizational results
- Ability to work well within a team, including listening and contributing across teams and regions
- Experience with project management processes, including Agile methodology
- Ability to parse complex and technical topics and the dependencies between them to help move forward large-scale Quartz solutions
- Strong written documentation and presentation skills
- Desire to learn new APIs and systems; take complex systems and turn them into more easily understandable documentation using a variety of techniques
- Business Analyst /Project Manager/ Understanding of financial markets
