The position will involve managing union and non-union employment relationships and complying with the ever-evolving web of employment, labour, immigration and safety laws and regulations. Experience:
The ideal candidate should have;
- Two to four years of substantive experience in employment litigation defence and counselling matters.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing skills.
- The ability to work cross-office
- An active bar license in Indiana.
