Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Office Receptionist at Pacific Psych Centers, Inc. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, medical office tasks, and insurance verification on a daily basis. Employee will also be trained as a TMS technician.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Appointment Scheduling and Medical Office skills
- Experience with Insurance Verification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in medical clinics preferred
