Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Pay: $38.00 – 41.00/hour (based upon experience)
Duration: 4-months with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week
Location: Fully onsite (5 days/week) in Seattle, WA
Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team and support business operations through a combination of sourcing top talent and providing administrative support for reporting and business reviews. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruiting and business analysis, working closely with hiring managers and directors to meet organizational goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and source candidates for technical (SDE/tech) and non-technical roles, including screening resumes, interviewing, checking references, and extending offers.
- Conduct onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, and manage employee status changes and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business operations to write and analyze business reports (demand vs. fill rates) and identify areas for improvement or setbacks.
- Support leadership by preparing business review reports and presentations for directors and stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- HSD/GED minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing candidates using ATS and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting for technical (SDE) and non-technical roles.
- Experience writing business reports and reviews
- 1-2 years of experience with analytical insights and ad-hoc reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) are required.
