Join our Architecture team in Texas, where you'll collaborate with technology leaders to craft innovative solutions and tackle complex challenges. As part of our fast-paced environment, we’re seeking exceptional Architects with experience in digital, mobile technology, and cloud solutions to drive high-impact initiatives from concept to completion. In this role, you will lead mission-critical projects and partner closely with business executives and development teams to deliver groundbreaking applications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the solution architecture and design for key projects, providing delivery estimates and coordinating with architects and designers across solution, infrastructure, and data disciplines to define the most effective solutions to business challenges.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, production support, and Shared Services partners (e.g., Quality
- Assurance, Infrastructure Engineering, Reference Architecture) to ensure alignment of solution strategies and estimates.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to solve problems, create new business capabilities, and design technology solutions that enable business success.
- Leverage broad and deep technical knowledge across hardware, software, and platforms to guide and deliver effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture role.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, guiding cross-functional teams and influencing senior management and stakeholders.
- Advanced expertise in architecture, application design, system engineering, and integration.
- Proven experience leading mobile build and deployment activities across multiple platforms.
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, particularly Java, J2EE, and Angular, with experience in collaborating across architectural disciplines.
- Expertise in software integration patterns such as services, eventing, and SOA (REST and SOAP).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies through self-study.
- Experience with AWS cloud, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS, and working in a DevOps environment.
