LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Ajilon) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter/Sr HR Generalist for a position located in Indianapolis, IN. The communications company offers a compensation commensurate to experience between $80-95,000 plus bonus per year. In this HR role, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on recruitment, employee relations (onboarding and offboarding).
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle to attract and secure top talent.
- Source candidates from diverse channels, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage interview scheduling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and community organizations to build a pipeline of emerging talent.
- Oversee and improve the company's college internship program.
- Coordinate all pre-onboarding and onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Utilize HR technology to enhance employee experience and streamline processes (ATS & HRIS).
- Handle administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, managing the HRIS, and acting as the point of contact for internal communications and company updates.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in human resources with a focus on full cycle recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Passionate about recruiting and discovering top talent.
