Role Overview:
The Plex ERP Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Plex ERP system to support business operations. This role ensures system integrity, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Plex ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that ERP solutions support operational goals.
- Lead system configuration, customization, and upgrades to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and enforce ERP system policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and third-party support.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize the effectiveness of ERP tools.
- Analyze current business processes and implement solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal uptime and quick response to any service disruptions.
- Manage the relationship with the Plex ERP vendor and lead negotiations for service agreements or enhancements.
- Ensure ERP system security and data integrity by managing access controls and regular audits.
- Stay updated on the latest ERP developments and integrate new features to drive innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Plex ERP or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP system integration, data migration, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
