Property Analyst Administrator
Location: Larkspur CA - onsite
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000
You are:
The position is responsible for analysis, administration, lease coordination, and tenant relations for residential, commercial, office, and industrial buildings. The Property Analyst Administrator is responsible for coordination of leasing and communications for residential and commercial spaces and buildings. The position requires being intellectually curious and having the technical competency in cost analysis, policy analysis, and can research the impact of regulatory issues on the portfolio.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinates and provides administrative support to Residential and Commercial leasing processes
- Communicates to commercial and residential tenants and drafts formal letters related to onboarding/offboarding, compliance and regulatory issues, and other topics as assigned
- Analyzes costs and policies the impact commercial, residential, and industrial properties
- Maintains an enterprise workflow system in real time to coordinate activities across multiple departments
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Vice President
What you bring:
- Certificate California Residential Manager (CCRM)
- Any combination of education and experience that would provide the knowledge and skills listed. Typically, equivalent to three years of recent full-time progressively responsible experience in building maintenance work, carpentry or in appropriate trades or crafts which demonstrates possession of the following knowledge and ability requirements.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a good working knowledge of: Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Windows Operating System.
- Must be able to adapt and learn additional software platforms as purchased by the company for its business use.
- Monday.com or web based workflow management knowledge is a Plus
- Yardi a plus
- Ability to write formal and informal correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to residents, clients, and fellow employees of the organization.
