Role Description:
We are actively seeking a talented Data Scientist/Architect with a strong background in Python and Software as a Service (SaaS) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in model development, with a focus on the production aspect. Specifically, you will be responsible for implementing and executing CECL and CCAR models.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and execute CECL and CCAR models.
- Utilize your expertise in Python programming language for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Work with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms and leverage cloud-based services to enhance model development.
- Apply machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and feature engineering.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and frameworks, with a particular emphasis on CECL and CCAR.
- Contribute to the end-to-end model development process, with a keen focus on the production aspect.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in the Python programming language, with demonstrated experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms and cloud-based services.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in a business context.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks, particularly CECL and CCAR, is required.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective and scalable data solutions.
