The Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle will bring comprehensive and transformative revenue cycle experience with them, and a proven ability to work with colleagues including patient access, managed care, and patient financial services. The SVP-RC will have a broad set of responsibilities that will encompass providing leadership for all Revenue Cycle management, strategy, and analytic activities from end to end, and developing a management structure based on innovation and operational excellence. The SVP-RC will provide subject matter expertise and executive leadership to move the needle in all areas related to revenue cycle management, ensuring the strategy and execution of key initiatives meet the needs of current and future demands of this rapidly evolving organization.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree in healthcare or business administration preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive responsible revenue cycle experience, including receivables management, within a complex health care environment, including at least five years of senior level leadership experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, highly matrixed healthcare organizations is highly desirable as is experience in a large academic health care setting.
