Our client is a leading water and wastewater resources contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects across the region. They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to oversee and manage their projects in North Dakota and South Dakota.
**Job Description:**
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the on-site management of water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel to project sites across North Dakota and South Dakota.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage all aspects of water and wastewater treatment construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, and safety.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Supervise on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
**Qualifications:**
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a Superintendent role, specifically on multi-million-dollar water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to project sites across North Dakota and South Dakota.
**Salary:**
- Competitive salary range of $120k-$150k, commensurate with experience.
