They have an exciting opening for an HR Operations Associate to join their HR shared services team - hybrid 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.
Your new role
As part of the HR operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact assisting employees in any HR related queries. You will provide an exceptional service addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the HR system. This role manages many inquiries through phone, email, or the HR Portal, ensuring excellent customer service. This position is a 9-month contract.
What you will need to succeed
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year in customer service or call center; (bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus).
- Basic knowledge and understanding of benefits enrollment and/or HR practices preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident handling dissatisfied customers and resolving conflict whilst maintaining composure
- Able to handle confidential info, follow procedures and scripts, and adapt to flexible schedules.
