Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our practice. Your leadership and organizational skills will be vital in managing our administrative functions, supporting our medical team, and driving the implementation of our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee front desk operations and patient scheduling to create a seamless experience for our patients.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our staff.
- Billing Coordination: Work closely with our billing company to maintain financial accuracy and support our in-house billing team abroad, ensuring they have the necessary resources.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor medical assistants, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Clinical Operations: Utilize ClickUp to manage scheduling for procedures, injections, and durable medical equipment, ensuring that tasks are progressing as needed.
- Growth Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the team to identify and execute initiatives that support our practice's growth, such as expanding services and enhancing patient engagement.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to enhance workflow.
- Patient Relations: Maintain positive patient interactions by addressing concerns and feedback professionally.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices to maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and billing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software and EHR systems; experience with ClickUp is advantageous.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving.
