Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on recruiting Tax professionals across various industries, from startups to established financial institutions. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will manage both the client and candidate sides of the recruitment process, building relationships, identifying top talent, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, with a focus on Tax professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Tax sector, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
- Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment between candidates and clients.
- Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and industry research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that meet both client and company goals.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments, particularly within Tax and finance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on Tax or financial professionals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using recruitment software and databases.
