Role: Lead Consultant - Finance Transformation
Location: New York City, NY (onsite)

The role is of a Principal / Lead Consultant –US assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend feasible and viable solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth business process understanding along with domain knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions using new age digital technologies such as RPA, AI/ ML, analytics etc.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be playing a role of a Business Consultant and deliver following: -
·Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding current business challenges, perform fit gap analysis, and develop solutions using various improvement levers such as best practices, benchmarks, RPA automation, Intelligent automation, analytics etc.
·The role requires a strong consulting skills, Industry domain expertise, business acumen and understanding of digital technologies in respective process domains in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.
·The role must bring in-depth knowledge / project experience & deep domain expertise in one or more of the following areas:
o Manufacturing
o Retail , CPG & Logistics
o Services & Utilities
·Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing and/or shared services operations.
·The Role requires creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients.
·Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects. Work proactively with Client stakeholders to re-imagine their current business processes by deploying digital technologies and/or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces.
Location for this position is New York. This role needs travel as per project needs.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of relevant work experience on the job description.
