General Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Partner with sales managers to understand detailed client needs and requirements
- Identify consulting resources (candidates) that specialize in enterprise ERP and related systems (e.g., SAP and Workday)
- Leverage top recruiting and business development tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Zoominfo) to engage consultants for current and future project needs
- Onboard new consultants and nurture ongoing relationships while they serve our clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience preferably in a fast-paced staffing environment
- Significant technical IT experience, preferably in SAP or related technologies
- Ability to display a positive attitude and overcome adversity native to a recruiting career
- Self-motivated winner with a consistent, results-oriented work ethic
- Proven ability to receive coaching and take action to improve performance
- 4-year college degree required
This is a remote position with occasional opportunities to visit our office in Raleigh-Durham, NC and participate in team events outside the office.
