Responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting and configuring changes in Workday, advanced reporting, analytics, business process, integrations, and security configuration.
This role will be responsible for EIB loads to support the Workday implementation and Data Conversion.
Meets with internal business users to identify, analyze, refine and document business requirements.
Responsible for creating and maintaining business requirement documents.
Provides business analysis support for business and functional applications, including analyzing and documenting business processes and translating user requirements to software development teams.
Reviews operational procedures and methods, maps current business processes, defines and analyzes business activities, identifies best practices, and recommends improvements.
Work in collaboration with SQM resources to identify requirements for testing, develop test plans, work with users to develop test scripts and coordinate test transmissions, as required.
Executes functional system integration testing as needed.
Coordinates and supports user acceptance testing as well as functional production deployment activities.
Work in collaboration with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, and produce project reports and documentation.
