Job description
At ZVN Properties, the Property Maintenance Coordinator reviews work requests, assigning the best-fit contractor to complete needed repairs within occupied homes. In this role, you will be required to communicate with clients, contractors, and residents to properly manage repair work, ensuring quality and timely completion as per the outlined SLA’s.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate the timely completion of repair work to meet client deadlines by regularly obtaining and communicating updates through various channels
· Manage individual repairs ensuring the appropriate contractor selection and completion results
· Evaluate bids, invoices, and photos for quality
· Promote a positive image of ZVN to clients and contractors through professionalism and communication
· Stay informed of industry pricing and standards, client portals/systems, and internal systems and technology
· Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of construction or general home repairs is extremely helpful
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and operate client systems
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
· Problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
· Negotiation and conflict management skills
· Must have the ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
· Team player and ability to adapt in an ever-changing industry
· Ability to report in office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and an occasional Saturday as needed.

Pay: Commensurate with Experience
