Provides strategic direction for all of Finance for the OneStream platform and manages the advancement of the platform. Collaborates with all of Finance management to design OneStream to automate processes, create dashboards, and gain efficiencies in reporting, forecasting, and close processes.
Responsibilities
- Advances the OneStream platform based on direction from Finance management
- Implements and ideates process improvement opportunities through the OneStream platform
- Directs creation of OneStream dashboards for management of business
- Provides strategic direction for all of Finance for the OneStream platform.
- Owns the maintenance of OneStream platform
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - External
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- 8 years of progressive experience in financial systems analysis, preferably in a health plan; 3 years which are in a leadership capacity
- Experience with OneStream preferred
- Experience with Oracle Financial Systems preferred
Professional Certification(s):
- Certified Public Accountant Preferred
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong working knowledge of OneStream, DB2, SQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Basic, SAS and familiarity with mainframe-based accounting systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills including Access
- Ability to interpret and articulate standard business and financial concepts
- Ability to manage the work of a team
