Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of credit underwriting, leveraged finance, capital advisory, debt capital markets, debt advisory, high-yield, non-investment grade or private capital markets experience, preferably in the middle market.

- Demonstrated expertise in accounting, finance, financial modeling, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
You will engage in a variety of transactions that involve diverse financing products. Your role will cover scenarios such as growth capital, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, and special situations amongst others.
You will:
- Collaborate closely with sponsor-backed and privately-owned clients, as well as internal teams focused on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
- Work alongside a dedicated group of senior professionals, gaining insights into the complexities of public and private debt and equity financing.
- Assist in evaluating and structuring tailored financing solutions for corporate and private equity clients.
- Gain hands-on experience by participating in all phases of transactions, from initial pitches to deal closures.
- Develop skills in corporate finance and valuation while deepening your understanding of the evolving debt and equity capital markets.
- Engage with a wide range of businesses across various industries, each with unique capital needs.
