Must Haves:
-Strong Mechanical Engineering experience
-Background in US Army, Navy, Military, Airforce or Reserves
-Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical prints and schematics
-Must be comfortable with domestic and international travel - up to 80%
-Team lead/supervisor experience preferred
-Previous experience in a field service/heavy travel role preferred
Responsibilities:
A leading supplier of automation for manufacturing is looking for an eager Field Installation Engineer to join their team. The Installation Engineer will be traveling to customer sites to support the installation and troubleshooting of robots in the field. Other responsibilities include taking detailed inventory of the equipment, interfacing with customers and team members, and understanding the reading of mechanical/electrical prints and schematics to determine the process of installing the robot.
