A multibillion dollar alternative investment management company is looking for a senior compensation associate to work closely with the head of total rewards on compensation projects and reporting. This person will be a key contributor to the firm-wide strategy to attract and retain top talent.
This role is 4 days a week in the office (Midtown)
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing research & analysis on global compensation & benefits packages to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with the firm's strategic plan
• Responsible for equity compensation and investment reporting and models
• Coordinate and support all compensation (base salary & incentive awards) review processes
• Maintain and grow relationships with external compensation data partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in finance or Big 4
- Exacting attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations and able to thrive in a complex environment
