WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
- Build and manage project roadmap to support 100+ franchise locations
- Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness across online and offline channels.
- Act as the project owner overseeing development and maintenance of dashboards, tagging, and tracking to support targeted marketing and media optimization.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, driving quality sales and customer acquisition to both physical and online business units.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Experience with marketing analytics and providing actionable insights, preferably within a franchise or retail environment.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or Tealium is required
- Skilled in data visualization with Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, or similar.
- Preferred experience with a customer research platform such as Qualtrics or Medallia
