We’re a Twin Cities based recruitment firm specializing in the building materials and construction industries across North America. We're growing fast and need a Sales Support Specialist to help us. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Scheduling Sales Calls: Prevent our sales team from double-booking or ghosting clients.
- Lead Research: Scour the internet for companies that desperately need us.
- CRM Stan: Keep our CRM system organized and up to date because chaos is not the vibe.
- Email Marketing: Help create and schedule email campaigns to catch new clients' attention (bonus points if you’ve ever written a subject line that’s actually been opened).
- Cold (& warm) Calling: Just a chat with strangers who need what you’ve got. Like making new friends, but with a script.
- Admin Stuff: Handle emails, client correspondence, reports, and anything else that keeps the sales team from imploding.
- No Experience Necessary: Some experience is preferred, but not required; a bit of education in sales is also a plus, but not a dealbreaker.

- Hourly Pay: $23/hour + uncapped bonuses—how much you make is up to you.
