Key Duties:
- Drafting and reviewing Leases, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Commercial Contracts, etc.
- Title Review
Requirements:
- 4-7 YOE as an Attorney with transactional Real Estate experience
- Construction and Land Use experience a HUGE PLUS!
The salary range for this position is $60-70/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
