Hays is working with a General Contractor in the Albany New York Area who is looking for a Construction Project Manager. This contractors is growing and established in the markets of commercial, industrial, and civil construction. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee and direct construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
