The Senior Incident Admin will be responsible for technical oversight of the production support team.
The candidate will need strong communication, technical and documentation skills. This is a role which
requires strict attention to detail and the ability to multitask. It is highly preferred that this individual
currently has and will maintain an understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
within an IT department. Will assess current processes and help work through changes and enhancements. Experience in ITIL would be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze/assess current environment; make recommendations/enhancements/modifications/changes to improve efficiency
- Create and update documentation when required
- Analyze and recommend process improvement where applicable
- Administer and or oversee and support the upgrade/installation process and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned and must be able to work under limited supervision
